Afer you have completed one of our 8-week programs, Phase 2 is about setting new goals and/or continuing your journey to improve upon your existing goals.  Many of our clients tell us that the accountability of weekly tracking and availibility of on-demand information from our coaching staff are priceless to support a healthy lifestyle of optimized fitness, health & wellness.  


During Phase 2 you will continue your weekly reporting procedure, have continued access to our coaches for questions via email and 1 monthly check-in call.  


3 month minimum commitment.  Ask your Coach about or see our special discounted programs for 6 month & 12 month commitments.  You set your goal and we help you CRUSH IT!
